Scott Habert founded APLUS Products in the mid 1980’s as an electronic components importer from Japan. Now after 25 years of growth APLUS today supplies “quality electronic solutions.” We offer a wide line of standard products, help our customers reduce component counts, reduce labor and increase reliability with value-added and custom designs. With customers located world-wide, he travels often throughout the US and Asia. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, skiing, volleyball and time with his family.

Bob Sage has 30 years of electronics experience with Distribution and Manufacturers Rep experience. He worked for EES in the Northwest for 17 years (owner for 10). He is a 5 year active board member of the Northcon electronics trade show and former President of ERA Northwest chapter. Bob is a graduate of Western Washington University. His experience with design includes ASIC and microcontrollers, Passives, Displays and mechanical design. He enjoys the outdoors and wine making.

Luci Flores brings 10 years of experience in the Electronics Industry, including Inside Sales and Distribution Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Associates Degree in Information Systems.

Matt Cordell offers 27 years of electronic/electro-mechanical component experience in the manufacturing industry. Beginning his career in the Avionics field, Matt developed an interest in the sales and marketing area where he was most recently Vice President of a Supply Chain Supplier that supported fortune 100 customers globally. Matt brings his expertise to APlus increasing the high level of service and knowledge you have come to expect.

Cathy Goetzinger has been with APLUS for over 15 years. As an Inside Sales Representative she assists customers with placing orders, expediting, arranging samples and documentation as well as crossing parts from other mfg to APLUS alternatives. Additionally, she has working relationships with all of the APLUS offshore manufacturers, giving her excellent knowledge of the products offered by APLUS Products. Outside of the office she enjoys sports, gardening, traveling, and reading.

Patrick Spence has over 20 years experience in management, 10 in the shipping/receiving field. During his time at APlus, he has brought structure and organization to the warehouse that allows for timely and accurate order processing. He has implemented an aggressive Reduce/Reuse/Recycle program to eliminate waste and minimize APlus’ environmental footprint. During his off time, Patrick enjoys creating stained glass art and spending time with his wife in the garden where they grow over 2000 irises.

Debbie Girard has 9 years experience in Manufacturing/Shipping and Receiving and with the APlus team for 6 months now. She is energetic and loves the variety of each day. Her hobbies include gardening, P90X exercises, motorcycle and quad riding, reading and waterskiing. Debbie has 3 children: Lisa in Oak Harbor, WA, Tim, with his wife in Missouri, and Kristi in California. Debbie was married to her best friend Dean in 2008 and has now expanded her family to include Deans' sons Nathanial and Braden.

Steve Hazel has spent his career in accounting and finance related fields. While managing CPA firms in forensics, valuation, wealth management, tax and financial reporting, he has been involved with many start-ups, from investment banking to restaurants to real estate, typically taking on the CFO role. Steve and Scott have worked together in APlus for over twenty years, and Steve is responsible for all financial, insurance and legal aspects of the company. When not working in his entrepreneurial endeavors, he enjoys sports with his wife and children, both watching and playing.

Jeff Fleischman has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of corporate start ups, funding, operations, and technical management of environmentally friendly and Green endeavors in the consulting, construction, emerging technology, land revitalization, retail and electronic technology fields. For APlus he improves the operations of the company every day. He also enjoys his saltwater aquarium tank and pinball hobbies along with walks with his artist wife Kendra and two teenage daughters.

Mike Gorgol brings 30 years of Sales Management and Marketing experience, mostly on the Passive/Electro-Mechanical side of Components. He is a graduate of UNH's Whittemore School Of Business and has split his business duties almost evenly between the East and West Coasts. He is a passionate Sports Fan and avid reader with a heavy preference toward applying his skillsets to small businesses where he believes you can make a Bigger difference.

Kristopher King has experience working international operations including supply chain management and logistics solutions. He recently completed his MBA from the University of Denver with a concentration in International Business and Entrepreneurship. He has traveled extensively, visiting Asia, Europe and North America studying enterprise and globalization trends. When not working he enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time outdoors with his Newfoundland, 'Cooper' and traveling.

Wendy has worked for APlus for one year. She has become the “utility player” for the warehouse team. Her strengths include her organizational skills and her attention to detail. In her free time Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 teenage children. She also is a fanatic fisherman and spends a lot of time in the Western Washington rivers hunting for the elusive steelhead and salmon.
